Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I have tried to get threw to customer service for weeks with no response. Tried the phone and all you get as recording from Gert telling you how important your call is.

In contrast I Had a problem with my Msr stove and they responded in minutes, product was fixed and returned in days. As an avid backpacker I think we have an obligation to inform people how bad the service is with Columbia and how poor the quality of their products is.

Will NEVER buy anything from them!!!!!!! Do not purchase from them they make *** that's of poor quality and they don't have any customer service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $40.
