Terrible, Horrible company!

I made a purchase on 14th February 2022 for a jacket that has yet to be received (8th April). It is not possible to get a reply or response from ANY of their email contacts or hotline. The shipping company cannot be contacted as well. I tried to go to the last know address but the office unit that has the Company name on the outside GENZEXPRESS is vacant! It is a total scam! I want my money back!

My product was not delivered

My product was not delivered. I was at home the day he said he was delivering ups and no one came. I emailed 10 times. They asked me to call ups (ups columbia's solution partner and I am a customer) ups could not show me any proof (signature or picture) I asked for my products or my money, they told me no refund was made for 2 months and they said it could not be done. Do not order from columbia.com.

Product issue

Lost a left handed glove. Wanted to see if I could purchase or get one handed glove for left hand. Very disappointed customer service couldnt come though. Small things like this matter to some!

I still do not have any answers. As usual they say they will get back with me. But. No word yet

Regarding an item I returned an item under warranty for repairs & would like to speak to a representative The email they sent to me stating to ship it to Mountain Hardware. They sent me the address for shipping. They now say its my fault, they say I sent it to the wrong place. Mountain Hardwear sent it to The correct address. They are under the same umbrella as Columbia. They admitted at Columbia that they now have the jacket & will get back with me on their progress. But .I still have heard nothing.

I didn`t receive my boots

I did my fist purchase on november 2021 and They said that it was delivered but I never received my boots. I was at home when I reeived the mensage : delivered but definatlly it was not in my house. I send the email for them and they said that I need to call for USPS but my purchase was with Columbia and They need resole this, not me. I waited for 1 mouth and I lost my money because they was incapable to answer me with some solution or give my money back!!! I am desapointed!!!!

It has been a month since I emailed Columbia and I have yet to hear anything from them. I expected more from this company.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase a product from them because if you ever need anything don’t count on them being there.

Web Store is Horrendous

They merged a previous shipping address with my default billing and shipping address. There was no contact from Columbia for 5 days. When I contacted them through the site chat, they were unable to do absolutely anything with the order. They told me I if I happened to catch when it ships, I might be able to track it down through UPS. It's their issue, but it's all up to me to deal with. This is a billion dollar revenue company and they can't fix an order that has been in their system for 5 days? They cannot even give a status on the order? Worse yet, most modern e-commerce sites validate billing addresses and shipping addresses. Obviously their system doesn't have these safeguards. That means their site is ripe for fraud. Shame on Columbia. Columbia first, customer last!

Unable to reach customer service

I am trying to get live answers, but your phonme lines are loaded and I can only get a robo response at the online link. My husband loves his Columbia do3n coat, but now there's a small tear on the back and I'm wondering the best way to keep it from getting worse.

Poor customer support

I am trying to contact a customer rep for a week now. Ridiculous wait times citing over 100 customers waiting befor me.. Chat line is unavailable. This is unacceptable! I am considering calling the BBB (better business bureau). I am trying to exchange boots I received as a gift for a larger size.

I have been trying since Dec. 26th to talk to someone about an exchange for my husbands main Christmas gifta 3 in 1 jacket. Ive spent countless hours trying to get through via chat messaging and phone calls. On Wednesday (Jan 5th) I was on hold for 4 hours and then got a busy signal when it was my turn instead of a customer representative. I also sent a review and got nowhere with that. I just tried again today (Jan 8th), was on hold for 4 hours and 3 minutes and got disconnected again!!!! I just want my husband to have the right size jacket and wanted to make sure I could pay the price I paid when I originally bought it, but no one can help, and Im beyond frustrated. I finally got ahold of someone via chat today and believe it to be resolved

Hi there, I didn't recieve my order but it shows delivered. I think my order maybe misplaced or delivered on any other location. Please search on it and refund it in my original payment account. I am very upset, i spent a lot of money on hiking shoes i did not need approx. 8 yrs ago. They have been sitting nicely on a shoe rack in closet. I go to use them for the 1st time today, just to take dog out in a dusting of snow and both soles fall off the shoes. That is not wear and tear, you can see they were never worn. I literally took 10 steps and they BOTH fell off. I am a good customer but these are cheap and not well made. I deserve a replacement, they are made for hiking and i couldnt walk in my yard the 1st time. I have pictures. I do not want to give you bad publicity but this is ridiculous. I know they are older but they were never worn or abused, just sat in closet. Its terrible
